Sonia Tonoli, pleased to meet you!
After years in the hospitality industry, the time has come to embark on my dream job one of the things that make me feel alive the most: being a tourist guide. I like people who are extremely curious and eager for knowledge because they give me a boost. Given my English and German language training, I seek to provide local support to foreign tourists during their visits in Brescia and the surrounding area.
The first person who made me aware of my sociable and altruistic spirit was a teacher at the college who also used to point out my positive attitude towards foreign languages and art. Many years later I qualified as a tour leader, and later as a local guide. My passion for Goethe and Shakespeare led me to graduate in foreign languages and literature but my hard-working and sensitive temperament is typical of the people of Brescia. My stylistic approach to guiding visitors was influenced by the dialectal poet Angelo Maria Canossi and his straightforwardness.

COMPARTE consists in an incoming tourism agency, which provides guided tours and inbound & outbound tourist services.
COMPARTE seems like a bizarre name but it actually has very precise semantic value. In fact, it contains a blending between Spanish and Italian that links the Spanish verb COMPARTIR (sharing), to the second chunk (P)ARTE (starting point). Likewise, this is strongly connected to the exploration of both the art and customs of the territory.
Behind the towered logo, there is a picture of the fortress of Pozzolengo. This town is not only situated between the Veneto and Lombardy regions, but also the three provinces of Brescia, Mantua and Verona. Pozzolengo stands just within the borders of Brescia. This district stretches itself to the Camonica Valley in the northern part of the province of Brescia.
COMPARTE is the idea of Sonia Tonoli, a licensed guide since 2007. She is a determined, extremely curious and ironic woman. Sonia likes passionately telling stories about her land, along with its folklore, history, and culture throughout the centuries.
